CHAIRMAN
George has more than twenty years of extensive experience in transportation, logistics and trade- related operations. He founded and served as the CEO of Silk Road Group, which grew from a small company into a USD 100 million business by annual revenue. In 2004 George was appointed as the General Director of Georgian Railway (www.railway.ge). In 2005 he founded AG Transport & Development LLC.
George is a graduate of Tbilisi State University with a PhD in Applied Arts.
 

MEMBER OF THE BOARD
Nikoloz, together with George Lezhava, lead the expansion of AG Transport & Development and manages the company’s transport operations. A seasoned executive, he looks after the group’s businesses in Azerbaijan, Central Asia and new markets.
Nikoloz graduated from the Tbilisi Art Academy in 1985.

Born in 1963, Tbilisi, Georgia. 20 years of experience in construction and logistics sectors. Occupied senior positions in private companies and governmental entities; acted as Head of Logistics and Informational Technologies Department of President of Georgia in 2013-2014.  Graduated from Georgian Polytechnical University in 1987. Obtained PhD degree in Construction and Civil Engineering.
 

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Giorgi comes from a background of financial management and planning. He was a financial analyst and branch manager at TBC Bank prior to joining AGTD in 2011.
Giorgi graduated from Tbilisi State University in 2006.
 

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Konstantine occupied senior management positions at AP Moller Maersk, Maersk Logistics and Damco Georgia.
He graduated from Tbilisi State University in 1996.

 

SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Giorgi’s has 12 years of experience in the transport planning and logistics sectors. Prior to Joining AG, he was a senior transport executive in Silk Road Group.
Giorgi graduated from Tbilisi State University in 1997 and obtained a PhD degree in Economics.
